The Curse Beaded Earrings (Earth Edition)
✾ here’s an earth-toned version of my rez dog earrings, inspired by season 2, episode 3, “the curse." for this pair, i swapped the usual black beads for rich chocolate brown ones and introduced a softer, muted color gradient that adds a layer of warmth to the design. in this episode, the characters face a "curse" that ultimately becomes a metaphor for their personal struggles. they reflect on their pasts and what they want to leave behind, a theme that resonates deeply with me. the feeling of being completely connected to a place, yet also yearning to move on, is something many of us relate to. these earrings embody that sentiment—they have a directional quality, with arrows pointing outward, yet their colors and patterns remain grounded in the warmth of home. these are made with matte japanese seed beads and sterling silver ear wires. they are 1.25 inches wide and 3.5 inches long.
